- Pre-heat oven to 180ºC and bake the whole garlic for 45min until soft
- In a bowl mix together the roasted garlic, butter and salt and truffle olive oil.
- In a pan, cook the mushrooms in the butter with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar until caramelised.
- Serve on toasted sourdough as is or add some hummus and thyme for a fuller meal.
