Ingredients: 40ml Essex Spirits Co Pink Jam Gin; 20ml vermouth; 75ml sparkling wine; 25ml ginger ale; 4 drops salt solution; Maldon Original Sea Salt (for garnish); Sugar syrup (1:1 sugar and water; for garnish)

Ingredients

SEA SALT FLAKES 125g

40ml Essex Spirits Company Pink Jam Gin

20ml vermouth

25ml sparkling wine

25ml ginger ale

4 drops salt solution

Maldon Original Sea Salt (for garnish)

Sugar syrup (1:1 sugar and water, for garnish)

Preparation

With a brush, begin ‘painting’ the wine glass on the side with sugar syrup. Sprinkle Maldon Sea Salt over the sugar syrup.
Fill wine glass with cubed ice.
Build drink in order of ingredients.
Briefly stir to mix ingredients.
Sip slowly and enjoy!
