Pineapple & Beetroot Chilli Margarita

Ingredients

Maldon Chilli Sea Salt 100g CHILLI SEA SALT FLAKES 100g

35ml Blanco tequila

10ml scotch bonnet infused vodka

20ml lime juice

40ml pineapple juice

10ml beetroot juice

Maldon Chilli Sea Salt (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Rim the small rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the Maldon Chilli Sea Salt.
  2. Add the ingredients to the cocktail shaker in the order listed.
  3. Add cubed ice to shaker and the rock glass.
  4. Strain cocktail into glass.
  5. Sip slowly and enjoy!
