Crispy turnip fries on plate with sour cream and chive dip


New Maldon Sea Salt Flakes packaging green SEA SALT FLAKES 250g

4 Turnips peeled and cut into fries

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

Pinch of Maldon Salt

Sour cream

1 Bunch of chives chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss the turnips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

3. Place in one layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes until nice and crispy.

4. Mix your sour cream with the chives and season with salt and pepper.
