This is Max La Manna’s tasty twist on his iconic Spicy Baked Cauliflower Bites – the perfect afterwork treat!
Here is how to make the spicy tofu nuggets…
- Make the batter in a small bowl.
- Make the breadcrumb mix in a separate bowl.
- Add tofu to the batter and coat evenly.
- Add the battered tofu to the breadcrumb mix.
- Bake at 180C/350F for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy .
- Season with an extra pinch of Maldon Chilli Sea Salt. Serve immediately.
