Spicy Tofu Nuggets with Chilli Sea Salt

Maldon Chilli Sea Salt 100g CHILLI SEA SALT FLAKES 100g

200g extra firm tofu


35g plain flour

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cornflour

100ml oat milk

Breadcrumb mix:

80g dried breadcrumbs or panko

1 tsp paprika

Generous pinch of Maldon Chilli Sea Salt

Here is how to make the spicy tofu nuggets…

  1. Make the batter in a small bowl.
  2. Make the breadcrumb mix in a separate bowl.
  3. Add tofu to the batter and coat evenly.
  4. Add the battered tofu to the breadcrumb mix.
  5. Bake at 180C/350F for about 20 minutes until golden and crispy .
  6. Season with an extra pinch of Maldon Chilli Sea Salt. Serve immediately.
