- Combine all ingredients into a mixer and blitz. Transfer the contents to a jug ready to pour into the pan.
- Heat a pan with a little butter.
- When you cook the pancakes once the upper side is bubbling that means its time to flip! Cook for around a minute on the other side.
- Drizzle 4 pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries and Maldon Salt.
