Blueberry Pancakes

Stack of pancakes with blueberries and seasoned with sea salt


New Maldon Sea Salt Flakes packaging green SEA SALT FLAKES 240g

225g Plain flour

2 tsp Baking flour

1 tsp Caster sugar

300ml Milk

2 Eggs

Maldon salt


Maple syrup


  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixer and blitz. Transfer the contents to a jug ready to pour into the pan.
  2. Heat a pan with a little butter.
  3. When you cook the pancakes once the upper side is bubbling that means its time to flip! Cook for around a minute on the other side.
  4. Drizzle 4 pancakes with maple syrup, blueberries and Maldon Salt.
