1 x 250g burrata

200g mixed heritage tomatoes, chopped

½ red chilli, finely sliced

2 sprigs oregano, leaves picked

Splash of balsamic vinegar

Extra virgin olive oil

Maldon Chilli Sea Salt (to taste)

Cracked black pepper
