Smoky Grilled Peppers

Serving: 4-8 as a side

A bowl of smoky grilled red and yellow bell peppers, seasoned with Maldon Smoked Sea Salt.

Ingredients

New Maldon Sea Salt Flakes packaging orange SMOKED SEA SALT FLAKES 125g

4 bell peppers, mixed colours if possible

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

Maldon Smoked Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the peppers into large pieces, removing any pith and seeds.
  2. Preheat the BBQ or a griddle pan to high. Add the peppers skin side down, working in batches if needed, and cook until nicely charred.
  3. As soon as the peppers come off the heat, drizzle with red wine vinegar and season with Maldon Smoked Sea Salt. Drizzle with olive oil to serve.
