Marinated Olives Recipe

Easy marinated olives made with olive oil, lemon, garlic, chilli flakes, parsley and a pinch of Maldon Sea Salt flakes.

Ingredients

New Maldon Sea Salt Flakes packaging green SEA SALT FLAKES 250g

100ml olive oil

Zest of a lemon, peeled into strips

2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Pinch of chilli flakes

Bunch of parsley, finely chopped

Maldon Original Sea Salt flakes

  1. Put the olive oil, lemon peel strips and garlic cloves in a small pan over a medium-low heat. Cook for a few minutes until it smells fragrant and the garlic has softened. Add a pinch of chilli flakes and immediately remove from the heat. Allow to cool.
  2. Add the olives, chopped parsley and a pinch of Maldon Original Sea Salt to the cooled oil. Mix well and serve.
