This take on a classic gin sour uses Pink Marmalade gin alongside the zesty and citrus flavours of Cointreau, lemon and Campari. When served in a beautiful couple glass with edible flavours it makes an elegant cocktail for entertaining guests.
- Add all the ingredients apart from the ice into a shaker and shake vigorously for a few minutes. Then add the ice and shake again for a few minutes.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, making sure to tap out all the frothy egg white. Top the glass with a few drops of angostura bitters and garnish with edible flowers.
