Detox greens smoothie

Ingredients

Handful of spinach

4 Apples, peeled and cored

A thumb sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled

Half an avocado, peeled and destoned

800ml Water

Pinch of Maldon Salt

Preparation

This recipe is for a healthy green detox smoothie drink, which has all the benefits from the combination of vegetables and fruits as well as ginger. This means it is nutrient rich, high in vitamins and can be great for a January detox.

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately.
